Why can't I just place an order?
Due to the nature of the business, each request needs to be assessed for viability. We do not want to promise a service that we cannot provide. Quotes need to be made out at this stage.
How do I cancel an order?
Photos/Files will be provided on all orders for a minimum of one inspection (this depends on the service option chosen) at which point orders can be cancelled. Once inspection has taken place, and the customer provides the go ahead with manufacture/design, no cancellation requests/refunds will be accepted.
What is the process of manufacture?
All MAKE orders have the following minimum steps of manufacture.
1. Payment received
2. Receive file, discuss needs, quality assure the file
3. Print the successful file
4. Images of printed parts sent to customer
5. Customer confirms/alters final part
6. Final manufacture begins

How long does manufacture take?
Once final manufacture begins, all MAKE orders will take as long as the quoted amount of hours to make.
All CREATE orders are made to order, and the design process will be order specific.
What materials are used for manufacturing?
We do fused deposition modeling manufacture primarily using varieties of plastic. We have two permanent ranges that you can use, but are also able to source a wider variety of more exotic materials. Our Standard and Specialist Range meets most needs. You can find our material ranges on our MATERIALS page.
Is 3D printing effective for mass manufacture?
Yes, 3D printing works just as well for mass production as injection moulding and other production methods.
Speak to us about how you can optimise your part for 3D printing, and find out how you could benefit. Avoid all the tooling costs, and speed up your iteration.
